Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you identify and recommend technology needs, hours of operation, and services offered for the health care organization.
Include the following in your paper:
Recommend which services should be provided at the center and describe why they are appropriate at this site.
Describe the hours of operation and why you recommend those hours.
Describe the major equipment and technology needed to provide the recommended service. Include a projected cost for that equipment.
Discuss the type of corporation you think the center should consider (e.g., a department of the hospital or an LLC) and why.

When planning on making additional services available either in a new facility or an existing space there are several things to consider. You need to decide what services will be offered at this new sector of the organization. What are the ideal hours of operation? What kind of technology will we need to ensure that we are supporting a successful venture? These are all questions that need to be analyzed and decided upon. You need to be able to consider the cost to the organization to offer these services and what they ideally will be. You need to decide the kind and number of staff members that you will need to support these services that you are looking to implement. What services will be offered. Within our organization’s Urgent Care facility we will want to have a couple of unique services and technologies available to our patient’s that you might not find at other Urgent Care Centers. A couple of services that we want to implement and support are Laboratory and Diagnostic services. Based on data surrounding ailments that bring patients into an urgent care setting it seems that Laboratory and Diagnostic services are those most utilized ancillary services outside of the Urgent Care setting. By integrating these ancillary services into the services that are offered by the Urgent Care unit this will allow us to treat the patient in a more comprehensive manner. We can include these services for our patient’s and provide essentially a one stop shop for those that seek services from
