my current organization all of the steps are vital in implementing
any change due to the many personalities and characteristics traits

million other task he has on his plate which causes a lot of HR
issues we may have go unhandled and even sometimes unmentioned due
to the lack of an HR department. Secondly building a guiding
coalition is something that is vital when implementing any type of
change within a company, because those are the people that will be
knowledgeable about everything the change will consist of, such as
how it will effect both the internal and temp staff here at the
agency. We should also be sure to have someone on the team who will
focus specifically on making everyone aware of the changes that are
about to take place along with what is to be expected of them once
they are implemented.Being sure to form a strategic vision and
initiatives should be one of the main things to focus on when
developing a plan for change, especially when making changes as
drastic as the one suggested. This will ultimately help in the
overall execution of the 2
change because by having a sure and precise vision and plan
it will make it a lot smoother of a transition and it will also
make it so that the employees and management aswell have a very
good understanding of these changes, and sometimes being able to
see something tangible helps others to better understand exactly
