The purpose of this assignment is to give students an opportunity to relate communications theories, research, and conversation with a class team to actual business scenarios, through the development of appropriate strategies. The theories, research, and discussion will be discussed in the paragraphs below. Analysis on the communications and behavior issues: An analysis of the communication and behavior issues that arise in an organization hiring employees for their first jobs will be the lack of complying, conservative, socialization, training, immaturity, technology advancement, along with fear and anxiety. One of the first clues that an organization is not doing well is the weakness of communication. Communication is very complicated when it comes to adapting to the work environment to the entry level worker.
